Half an hour of pure gold. I’ve worked in comms for over a decade - mostly IC focused. Now, as a recently promoted Head of IC, I need to brush up on the strategy side. This was so useful! And for me the best part was around accessibility. It’s something I am aware of and try to consider, but I don’t know if it would have been included in my strategy had I not listened to this. I am now shifting accessibility from being an ‘important’ to a ‘critical’ component of our comms! Thanks Rachel!
